1.Our site offers free shipping on all products, provided the customer's delivery location is within a serviceable city/town and pin code. Delivery will be completed within 8 days of order placement.

2.Each order can only be shipped to a single destination address specified during payment. If the customer wishes to ship to multiple addresses, they must place multiple orders.

3.We make every effort to ship each item in the customer's order within 3 to 7 working days of order placement. However, in some cases, it may take up to 30 working days as we may need to arrange dispatch from our factory. If we are unable to ship any order completely within 30 working days, we will cancel the remaining unshipped portion of the order and refund the payment for the unshipped items.

4.For export shipments, the entire cost is free, but the customer is responsible for paying any customs duty in their country. To determine the duty cost, customers should contact their local customs office.

5.Our logistics department operates on all working days of the week except public holidays (Monday to Saturday).

6.We strive to ship all items in an order together, but this may not always be possible due to product characteristics or availability.

7.If a customer believes a product is damaged or the packaging is tampered with, they should refuse delivery and contact our customer care team at info@homesofrajasthan.com with their order reference number. We will do our best to provide a replacement delivery as soon as possible.

8.Customers can track the shipping status of their orders on the HomesofRajasthan website in the "Track Order" section.

9.All items will be shipped with an invoice stating the price in compliance with Indian tax regulations.
